Yesterday I finally took my camera to graffiti alley downtown Toronto. I wanted to photograph the amazing artwork on those alleys and write a short post about it.
I’ve always thought that graffiti embellishes a city. I imagine one day, maybe not too far away, all those grey factories outside cities will be wearing beautiful and colourful graffiti to adorn their walls and disguise their bare walls.

I hope you enjoy this artwork as much as I do!

And this last one, although it wasn’t in the alley, it’s one I’ve always loved, by the Rex Hotel/Restaurant on Queen St.

I hope you enjoy it. I also found this great article about graffiti meeting graphic design.
